Product return

But if you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, you have 30 days to return the purchase and with a refund or exchange of the items. Please notify us by 14 days of receiving the order that you wish to return the product or exchange it.

All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags attached. Items returned in a damaged, soiled or otherwise unsuitable condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.

Refunds will be made within 24-72 hours after we receive and process the return request. We'll email you as soon as we do.

To return a product purchased from us, please contact us at info@spectrearms.eu and provide us with your order number and product details. We will then give you precise instructions on what you need to do.
